It was great!!! Personal service!
We had great service and food was good, hotel prices to be expected. Sounds like new management is trying to make some positive changes
The Thanksgiving Buffet has really gone down hill. Wait for table even with reservation and two confirmation calls. Dirty displays. And over $100 for 3 people with no cocktails. Ugh.
Spendy breakfast buffet, but darn well worth it.
Service terrible, and food was not what i expected for the price
Need to hurry up and get there bar bill built
Very slow service waited 10 minutes before our server came back to order. Very expensive. Ordered the Greek pizza and it was pretty dry and consisted of like 20% toppings and 80% crust. Breakfast buffet was 6 out of 10. Everyone else ordered breakfast and i ordered pizza amd they got their food in 5 mins and i got mine in 20 mins so they gave me pizza free. Which is fair for their poor service.
I had my teens kids with me when ordering a drink and water for them. They did not want serve me cause I with my kids
I was staying at the hotel and tried the breakfast buffet. Although $18 seems like a reasonable price for a buffet, I do not recommend anything about this breakfast. The bacon was soaking in liquid and was closer to mush, the precooked scrambled eggs were dry and burnt, the bread was stale, the fruit pieces were about 2 inches square, I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the omelette station and then he totally messed up my order in the end. Even the service - yes the service at a buffet - was bad. I ended up leaving without eating anything but a half of stale bagel which I offered to pay for. I am a big breakfast buffet fan and I wouldn't wish this restaurant for breakfast on anyone.
Great Easter buffet, my family really enjoyed ourselves
Great drinks.
Was not impressed with the food at all. And the staff was a bit slow and rude.
Food is good but not for the price. Same for the beer. Spent over $8 on a single 16 oz. beer. You don't get a large amount of food like you'd expect when paying these prices. Ate here a couple times during our stay and service is less than average. Waiters and waitresses are very nice and professional but it's slow.
Great staff.
Let’s break down the Google summary for this one, shall we?Contemporary - Being constructed in the last 10 years qualifies as contemporary. Eatery - This establishment allows eating. Elevated American - Refers to the limp bacon, spongy eggs and sad looking fruit on the breakfast bar. Vivid, colorful setting - True, relative to a dark, damp cavern lit by a single candle. As you can see, Google nailed this one. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself. Unless you’re a Hilton Gold/Diamond member with free breakfast, you’re better off walking 100 yards to the Marriott, which actually has a contemporary eatery serving elevated American food in a vivid, colorful setting.
Great environment!
Great food and service. Split a pepper burger before Creighton game. Take escalator up to the walkway and you're in CHI. Highly recommend
Good food. Service took a while when there was a large crowd. They worked to make it right for us, though!
Probably one of the best meals I've ever had and the service was outstanding. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and one of if not the best I've ever had. The chocolate dipped cheese cake topped of the perfect meal. Definitely on my list of places to eat next time I'm in Omaha!!! Thanks Denita for the outstanding service.
the food here was a little on the okay side. There was nothing that really stood out, especially for that price! The wait it took to get our food was a little frustrating. a friend of mine had a small child that had gotten extremely hungry during the wait. The wait staff was very friendly, but somewhat on the slow side as well. Tried it a second time, simply due to the convenience of location and got a similar experience as we had earlier. All in all it was just not my cup of tea.
Eatable...staff were nice...but pretty simple food for the price.
The service and the food was good
Great food.. pleasant staff.. little pricey but it's in the hotel and convenient. If you do breakfast here, Do the buffet.. Great selection and Omelette's made to order!
In anticipation of an awesome burger in a high dollar establishment in, arguably, the beef capital of the Midwest, I ordered the $14 Libertine Burger. It was disappointing. It was small, overdone, and on a generic white bread bun. Though it was, perhaps, better than your average fast food burger, I believe you will get a better burger at a Denny's or other table service chain. On the other hand, the fingerling potato salad was wonderful, though a small portion.
First off, I had the buffet for lunch. Not a wise choice. I don’t think the chicken breast was real chicken. I’m not joking, I honestly think it was some manufactured type of chicken protein. The vegetables were all very soggy water down and no flavor. Very little variety to choose from. Would absolutely never try the buffet again.
Dirty dishes, poor service and the food was very slow to come out.
Took my hun here and from the dinner to the crab cake Benedict breakfast was worth every penny!
Weird chicken in caesar salad waitress was rude and not nice at all.
Good bar in the Hilton downtown omaha
If you bring your friends, it's an awesome place!
Food was great, though it took our waitress 20 minutes just to get our drink order.
Came here for Restaurant Week. Food was excellent and our waiter was nice. But service was INCREDIBLY slow. We waited at least 20 minutes between each of three courses. An hour-long meal turned into 2.5 to three hours.
Great time before KISS concert
Really good food, the only reason I give it 4 stars was it took about an hour to get our food after ordering
Great food friendly waiter
Very cozy, great food, great service...
Poor quality. Level of a dive bar for taste.
Don't usually order from restaurants in hotel but it was 20 degrees outside so I begrudgingly went down stairs. To my surprise a friendly greeting and great food. I like it when I can be shocked and for this visit I truly was.
Food is ok, service is average. We waited over an hour to get our food the first time. One dish was missing too.
Dinner was good. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.
Had fish and chips, salad, and tomato bisque.
Breakfast bar was good with many options and the turkey burger for lunch was the best I have had. However, don't look at the floor, it's very filthy. I wish I would have taken a picture. It would do wonders if they would give it a good cleaning!
Waiter was very nice. Clean. The food options are very minimal and I wouldn't eat there again just because of that. Had a grilled cheese and tomato soup and its was just ok. I was expecting something better for something that was $14. Service was slow despite there being only a couple other people dining. Wine by the glass was a ridiculous amount of money. Won't return or recommend.
Great food wish they do had a Hamm's beer
Food was good... service was great. Portions ok. Is a great place to grab a little rest from the madness at the CenturyLink Center.
Great Wings
Service is frequently overloaded and slow. Drinks are standard. Food is good.
Distinctly depressed service, inattentive staff, poor effort, unorganized and more than one long-haired staff with scrunchy on the wrist, buffet bacon in a puddle of its own grease, lukewarm gravy and long wait for first coffee refill. Altogether deplorable.
Excellent burgers, cooked to order and friendly staff.
